To reduce paperwork for our '09-'10 school year we'll be using a blanket waiver for all Ridge Youth
Events. Please download the form, fill it out, and return it to the church office. This needs to be
done before participating in any activities for the year.
If you are an adult who is willing to help provide rides for youth activities - please fill out our
transportation certification and return it to the church office along with a copy of your driver's
license and insurance card.
