Nancy Caddick joined the Ridge Church staff in the fall of 1979 in the
role of part-time secretary. That has changed into full-time
Administrative Assistant, which include Financial Secretary duties. She
has worked for six pastors in her 30 years here. Nancy is sometimes the
first person you will meet at Ridge, either on the phone or in person and
is known as the "hostess" of Ridge Church.
Nancy grew up in Chicago, Illinois in the Lutheran Church. Her and her
family felt at home at Ridge Church and decided to make it official by
joining the Ridge Church family 2002.
Nancy lives in Munster with her husband of 38 years, Bill and dog,
Pudge. They have four sons: Jon and Josh- who recently graduated
from I.U. in Bloomington, IN; Bill, Jr.- who has two children, Jacob and
Caitlinn; Brad, wife Nicole and daughter Isabelle.
Nancy loves sports and has been spotted at many sporting events for
her children and grandchildren. Other then "sitting on the bleachers" she
spends her spare time reading, walking, and knitting.
