Ridge Church will once again be hosting Nelson's Famous Port-A-Pit® Chicken on
September 25, 2009 from 4-7 pm. The advance purchase price for tickets is $5 per
chicken half and $8 for a chicken half dinner including Pit-tatoes, They are available at
the church office or online using the link below. Only
limited number of chicken halves will be available for purchase that evening for $6 ($9
for a chicken half dinner), so
save by purchasing your tickets ahead of time to guarantee availability.
Online purchases will be processed through Paypal, who provides Ridge Church a low
cost method to process transactions via the internet. All tickets purchased in advance
will be mailed to the address provided at checkout. A $1 shipping and handling fee
will be assessed per order regardless of the number of tickets purchased to defray the
cost of postage and credit card fees.
The chicken halves will be distributed in an insulated container via a drive through only.
There will not be facilities available to eat at the church
