- Adopting First United Methodist Church in Slidell, LA, which was heavily damaged by Hurricane
Katrina. - Sending a work team down in September of 2006 to be involved with Hurricane Katrina Recovery
work. Check out some of the pictures from that trip. - Sending a work team down in April of 2007 to be involved with Hurricane Katrina Recovery work.
- Sending a work team down March 29 - April 5, 2008 to be involved with Hurricane Katrina Recovery.
- Collecting Campbell Soup “Labels for Education” and General Mills “BoxTops” in support of the Red
Bird Mission in Beverly, Kentucky. They actually purchase vehicles for the mission with soup labels! - Holding periodic special events in support of various organizations such as Bashor Home for Children,
Habitat for Humanity, International Seaman’s Assistance, and others.
