• New needs come to our attention all the time. We have to decide which we can support. Some take
time and effort, some take money, others take prayer. A Missions Team meets monthly to sort through all the
appeals, suggestions, and ideas to provide direction for the Ridge Church missions outreach. We also
decide disbursements of funds donated by our congregation. Right now we are meeting 2nd Tuesday of
each month at 7pm. In addition to this Leadership Team smaller sub-teams exist for carrying out specific
projects.
